LEARNING REIKI
- Reiki I – Usui Sensei called this level “Shoden” or first teachings.
- Reiki II – Called “Okuden” or inner teachings.
- Reiki Master – Called “Shinpiden” or mystery teachings.
Being attuned to and learning Reiki will help you feel greater personal peace, reduce stress, heal, and feel more joy. In our classes you will learn about Reiki as an energy and the unique teachings and techniques of the Usui Reiki method. Our classes blend history, science, and hands-on practice to provide you with in-depth, sacred, and fun learning. Sharing Reiki is more than what you might do in giving yourself or someone else a Reiki session, so we also share with you ways to bring Reiki into your work and personal lives.
Beyond the Class. For us, Reiki is a lot more than taking a class. For this reason, we offer ways to deepen your Reiki connection:
- Weekly Reiki Meditation Class – Learn more about Reiki and yourself in these weekly classes.
- The 21-Day Reiki Journey – Access 21 guided meditations and receive FREE e-book.
- Yuukyo – A Mini Reiki Retreat (We offered this half-day class in the past and are considering offering it again.)
- Support of your daily Reiki practice (click the Meditation tab above for more)
Refunds and Free Classes. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your class for any reason, you may ask for a 100% refund anytime before receiving your class certificate. The class certificate is emailed to you after you complete the online course evaluation. Additionally, you may retake any class for which you’ve already paid and completed at no charge as long as there is an open seat and the teacher approves. This offer applies to one (1) refresher class for those Reiki I and Reiki II classes which you’ve already paid for and completed. Eligible classes include any regularly scheduled class as long as there is an open seat (this means your enrollment may not be confirmed until just before class day). There may be a fee if lunch is provided. This offer does not include additional copies of the manual. Please note that from time to time, we may offer classes to which this does not apply and we may rescind or modify this offer at any time without notice. That said, this is a great way to stay connected to Reiki and refresh your training. To take advantage of this offer, please email us.

USUI REIKI MASTER TEACHER- SHINPIDEN
The Usui Reiki Master Teacher - Shinpiden training is for those Reiki II practitioners ready to deepen their Reiki connection. A desire to teach Reiki to others is not necessary. We offer this training in an apprentice/internship format. You will learn and practice: - new Japanese Reiki techniques,
- how to nurture your relationship with Reiki,
- how to give attunements or initiations,
- how to organize Reiki classes,
- how to teach Reiki, and
- how to build your practice.
- taking Reiki I with us (if you haven't already) as a way for us to begin our Reiki relationship together,
- sending Reiki to and meditating on the question which lies in your heart about further Reiki training, and
- of course, contacting us to talk about further training.
WEEKLY REIKI MEDITATION CLASS
The Reiki meditation class is an opportunity to both share Reiki (as in a Reiki Circle/Share) but also continue your Reiki education and deepen your Reiki connection. The classes include brief teachings on Reiki history and practice, discussion, and sharing energy as a group through meditation and beaming. Sign up for our email list to receive updates on weekly teaching topics. Space is limited to 7 participants. Registration is required (click the Enroll tab). Reiki experience is not required but helpful.
Class Fees: $15 per class
Class Dates & Time: 7:00pm to 8:15pm most Tuesdays. Check out our calendar to confirm dates.
Class Location: Since we offer this out of our home, we will send you our address after you enroll. Contact us if you have any questions.
We currently teach out of our home in the award winning Elmwood Village neighborhood of Buffalo, NY. We jokingly call this the 20 minute city - because we are less than a 20 minute drive from our favorite places, like Niagara Falls, downtown, the HSBC arena, and the airport. It is only a 10 minute walk to Hoyt Lake, the Japanese Gardens, and Delaware Park - all part of the Olmstead Conservancy - as well as the Burchfield Penny Art Center and Albright-Knox Art Gallery. For more about your trip to Buffalo click here or contact us.
